Thank you for your interest in leading a session at Wikimania 2025, which will be held in Nairobi, Kenya from August 06-09.

If you would like to propose a session for Wikimania 2025, whether live, hybrid or virtual, please fill in this form by Sunday 16 March 2025 (end of day anywhere on earth 23:59 UTC-12, check local time). You can submit your proposal in any of the supported languages of Wikimania 2025: Arabic, French, English, Spanish or Swahili. The organizing team will communicate decisions about proposals starting in June 2025.

The proposals will be publicly viewable here on eventyay for coordination purposes. The fields that will be made public are labeled “This will be shown publicly”. Other fields will not be public.

If you have a user account on any of the Wikimedia projects, you may use this to sign in. If not, you will need to create a new account on eventyay for Wikimania 2025, even if you have been a speaker at previous Wikimanias.
